Christmas at the Capitol

A CONCERT TO CELEBRATE THE FESTIVE SEASON

Join us for a festive celebration in the comfort of the Capitol as the theatre bursts with the sights and sounds of Christmas. This concert will bring together some of the city’s much loved performers as well as special guest artist, Peter Cousens.

Featuring the wonderful sound and backing of the 2340 Big Band and with performances by Tamworth City Dance Academy, Gabriela McDonald, Peter Ross, Kate Armstrong, Natacha Curnow, Rob Christmas, Ann Walsh, and more, Christmas at the Capitol will be a true community event. The big man himself, Santa, will make a jolly appearance and will be giving everyone who attends a festive gift!
We are thrilled that Peter Cousens, star of musical theatre and Tamworth born, can come home to join us for this very special time that brings people together and celebrates family, friendship and love.
