33rd Illawarra Folk Festival
The annual Illawarra Folk Festival is four exciting summer days of folk, world, roots, bluegrass, gypsy and Celtic music, as well as poetry, comedy and dance.
Over 150 acts from all over the world and Australia will descend upon 12 venues at the Bulli Showground, Bulli, Wollongong.
It commences Thursday with a Charity Concert and concludes on Sunday evening with a huge finale with the Festival Choir, Orchestra and special guests.
In 2018, the Illawarra Folk Festival will celebrate 33 years of presenting of live music.
Fringe events include the Folk Music School (17/18 January 2018), Green Music Train (19/20 January 2018), Tripe Dinner and Concert (18 January 2018) and more.
