Join us on our Heart of Yoga and Atha Revolution retreat, hosted at the picturesque, heritage Yarrangobilly Caves House based in stunning Kosciuszko National Park.

This will be a heart-centred journey, forming the start or the deepening of a truly sustainable, transformational exploration into your heart’s desires. We will create a safe and supportive environment to ensure you can immerse yourself for two full days of understanding the full system of yoga, learning how to self nurture on a whole new level. As well as make new friends, all in a beautiful setting surrounded by mother nature.

Each day will be filled with a variety of practices, including asana, pranayama, meditation and workshops of self-discover, amongst many others. There will also be time to enjoy private sessions, treatments, read or simply sit, be and soak up the stunning surrounds. You will also be nourished with delicious, organic, vegetarian food that will follow the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, helping to bring balance inside and out.

The northern edge of Kosciuszko National Park, 5 hours from Sydney, escape from the crowds and revel in the wonder of a bygone era in this luxurious heritage building of Yarrangobilly Caves House, located in the heart of Kosciuszko National Park. The perfect place to relax in your own homely, lovingly restored, and self-contained wing. In 2015 and 2016, Yarrangobilly Caves House won commendations for the Unique Accommodation category in the Canberra Region Tourism Awards.

HOY Package – $650 (twin share room)

Atha Revolution Package – $795 total
