Gateway Reformer Course - Sydney

This 2 day course is a comprehensive introduction to the Pilates Method and the Polestar movement principles.

Gateway is an opportunity for Health Practitioners and Fitness Instructors to add Pilates movement experiences to their current practice, and anyone looking to deepen their Pilates experience.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates Method, learn selected Pilates refromer exercises, and walk away with the practical skills to apply correct form and sequencing.

The exercises are explained in interactive class format, with time dedicated to teaching and demonstration. Polestar educators work closely with you and provide feedback to help you become proficient with the Reformer.
