Gateway Mat Course - Sydney

This 2 day course is a comprehensive introduction to the Pilates Method and the Polestar movement principles.

Gateway is an opportunity for Health Practitioners and Fitness Instructors to add Pilates movement experiences to their current practice, and for anyone looking to deepen their Pilates experience.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the Pilates Method, learn selected Pilates Mat exercises, and walk away with the practical skills to apply correct form and sequencing.

The exercises are taught in an interactive class format, with dedicated time for teaching and demonstration. Polestar educators work with you closely to help you become proficient with the Gateway Matwork.
