Horizon Underground has 23 reasons why you should come and check out our fringe program. With two free, family festivals; A Day at C-Square and The Hey-Lowe Festival you’ll have a ball. Too many people? Slip into the Black Parlour, the home of our fringe events after dark for a cabaret or some smooth or twisted tunes. With an internationally local lineup, Horizon Underground is the place to be. Not fringe enough? Then book a ticket to the inaugural Diner en Noir, our version of Paris after dark. I can promise you, you won’t be disappointed.
